Just create a conversational form and fields for the users to follow.<\/p>\n<p>Go to Bot &#8211; Form Builder. Select a sample form. Save it. Go to ChatBot Pro Settings-&gt;Start menu. Drag the newly created form to the Active menu area and save. Check in the front end in a new browser window in Incognito\/Private mode.
