\nInside Sync Settings<\/strong>, enable:
\nEnable Auto Sync (on Save)<\/strong>
\nThis option automatically updates embeddings whenever:

\n\u2022 A page is edited
\n\u2022 A WooCommerce product is modified
\n\u2022 New content is published
\nWhat happens after enabling it?<\/strong>
\nEvery time you press:

\n\u2022 Update
\n\u2022 Publish
\nWPBot will automatically:

\n2. Create fresh embeddings
\n3. Update the vector database
\nNo manual re-upload needed.
\nStep 3: Enable Google Docs Auto Sync<\/strong>
\nIf you use Google Docs as a RAG source, enable:
\nEnable Google Docs Auto Sync (Weekly)<\/strong>
\nThis automatically re-syncs your connected Google Docs regularly.
\nStep 4: Enable Google Sheets Auto Sync<\/strong>
\nIf your knowledge base uses Google Sheets:
\nEnable Google Sheets Auto Sync (Weekly)<\/strong>
\nWPBot will periodically refresh the embeddings from your sheets.
