- After the plugin is actiavted, a new menu named “ChatBot Pro” will appear in the WordPress admin Menu Bar.
- Click ChatBot Pro->Settings page to customize the ChatBot with your own floating icon or update the agent icon, Icon position, chatbot window colors, Floating notification box messages etc.
- Update the languages used by the ChatBot from ChatBot Pro->Language Center (in Pro versions) or Settings->Change Language (in the Free version).
From here, you can update the Agent name from Carry to something else.
You can change ALL the texts used by the ChatBot to YOUR OWN language here (like Spanish, French etc.) so the ChatBot can speak any language. - When you activate the plugin, by default, only the Site search option will work. Site search displays links to your website pages that contain the keywords in the user query.
To generate direct text responses, you need to use either ChatBot Pro->Simple Text Responses or an AI service like OpenAI from ChatBot Pro->AI Settings. - You can change the Asking for Name, Email, Phone number etc. sequence or the Start Menu display settings from the ChatBot Pro->Settings->General
