This requires WPBot Pro Professional or the Master license that support STR categories.
First make sure to activate the STR Pro module from the ChatBot Pro->Module manager. Go to ChatBot pro->Simple Text Responses and create your FAQ Categories.
Then create your Simple Text Responses and assign the STRs to the respective categories.
Go to ChatBot Pro->Settings->Start Menu. Rename the following to Our FAQs or something similar:
Save the settings. Then drag this item from the Available Menu items to the Active Menu area. Make sure that the Start menu is not disabled in any other way. Now, clicking on this item from the Start menu will show the FAQ categories and so on. You can also drag individual Categories to the Active Menu area.
