You can do set up a button click driven, guided conversation with the Conversational form builder. Just create a conversational form and fields for the users to follow.
Go to Bot – Form Builder. Select a sample form. Save it. Go to ChatBot Pro Settings->Start menu. Drag the newly created form to the Active menu area and save. Check in the front end in a new browser window in Incognito/Private mode. Now you can go back to the Form Builder and customize it.
