All the chat session data saved by the WPBot chatbot is saved in your WordPress database. No data leaves your server. They are never sent to us.
If you connect to any 3rd party services like OpenAI, DialogFlow etc. then the user query inside the ChatBot will be sent to those API services directly, on the fly. They will not be sent to us. So your data is always secure and private.
