To cancel your yearly ChatBot subscription so that you do not get charged again, you do not need to do anything.
Your card or account will not be auto-charged. You may get a few reminder emails to renew your chatbot license. Simply ignore them. To renew your ChatBot license, purchase a new one and update with the new License key from the ChatBot Pro->License page.
