By default, the WPBot ChatBot will save the user conversations in the user’s browser’s local storage. The previous conversations will load into the ChatBot window even if the user browses to another webpage on your website.
You can change this behavior. To ensure that WPBot ChatBot starts a new conversation each time the page loads, you can to enable the option to Disable Persistent Chat History from Settings->General->Bot Response option.
If you enable the option to Disable Persistent Chat History from General Settings the Chatbot will start fresh with a new conversation every time the webpage loads or if the user browses to another webpage.
