You can change the agent name and welcome message in WPBot Pro from ChatBot Pro->Language center.
You also have several options to dictate how the initial welcome greeting sequence and messages are implemented.
From Settings->General->Greetings (Asking for name, email etc.) area, you can choose to:
- Show Start Menu after Greetings
- Skip Greetings and Disable Start Menu
- Skip Greetings and Trigger an Intent (you can create a custom conversational form with the fields you need and trigger that)
- Skip Greetings and Show Start Menu
- Disable First Message
- Enable Asking for Name Confirmation
- Auto Detect Name and Skip Greetings if No Name is Recognized
- Enable Asking for Phone Number
- Disable Phone Number Validity Check
- Enable Asking for Email
