Yes, you can use PDFs to train your AI chatbot. This is possible with GPT Assistant. You can upload up to 20 PDF, TXT, or Word files to your GPT Assistant. GPT Assistant converts your uploaded files to a Vector database and uses the data within to generate relevant responses for the user queries.
This works extremely well in our test cases and for almost all of our users. WPBot chatbot also allows you to convert your entire website’s data, including ACF data, into a JSON file that you can upload to your GPT Assistant. If your website maintains standard SEO practices and has good documentation for your products and services, it works out very well.
