Yes, developers can train or customize the chatbot before users interact with it.
When setting up or training your chatbot before making it live for public use, you can test it in several different ways.
One option is to enable the WPBot ChatBot only for logged-in users from General Settings → Misc. Options.

You can enable the ChatBot only on a single page from Settings->Page Control area

In all cases, we recommend testing the chatbot in a new Incognito (private) browser window after making any setting changes to prevent issues caused by cache, cookies, or local storage.
